Krinova’s CEO steps down

The Board of Directors and the CEO of Krinova, Ulrika Hasselgren, have jointly decided to end their collaboration. The decision is based on differing views regarding how the organisation is best led.

Following an open and respectful dialogue, both the Board and the CEO have concluded that it is difficult to reconcile these perspectives in a way that provides the clarity and direction the organisation requires. Both parties therefore agree that this is the best solution for the organisation as a whole.

– Both parties conclude that it is good to part ways. It has been a short and insightful stay for me in the municipal environment, with many new valuable relationships. I now look forward to returning to the private business sector, says Ulrika Hasselgren.

The Board will shortly appoint an interim CEO and then begin the process of recruiting a permanent successor. Until an interim CEO is in place, Chairman of the Board, Jonas Haak, holds the legal responsibility for the company.

– I would like to thank Ulrika for her valuable contributions during her time as CEO and wish her all the best for the future, says Jonas Haak, Chairman of the Board at Krinova.

Krinova will continue its work with a strong focus on innovation, development and sustainable collaborations, in close dialogue with employees and partners.
