Through Krinova GROW, we provide a programme designed for companies that want to scale, strengthen their profitability, and build long-term, sustainable resilience.
What to expect
Together, we set clear goals and identify development areas, both short- and long-term. The focus can include anything from leadership, company values and financial performance to sales, supplier relations, value proposition or marketing.
We work with proven methods and a coaching approach that strengthens your ability to analyse, prioritise and act. The goal is to help you identify your real challenge, define a strategy to meet it, and take ownership of the way forward – with us as your support and sounding board.
Who it’s for
The programme is aimed at established companies and management teams, regardless of industry, that want to develop their business and strengthen profitability and resilience. Eligible companies should have an annual turnover of up to SEK 100 million and between 2 and 100 employees.
The programme is free of charge for companies in all industries located within the six municipalities of Northeast Skåne (Kristianstad, Hässleholm, Östra Göinge, Hörby, Bromölla and Osby), as well as for food-related companies across Skåne.
Programme scope
The programme includes 35 hours of tailored business development support, to be used over a period of up to one year.
