The profile area plays a central role in public health, and the food supply is crucial for combating hunger in the world. At the same time, there are challenges related to the environment. 1/3 of the global climate footprint comes from food production. Sustainable water and energy use are also key issues linked to food production. These are all challenges that can become the basis for new innovations.
