Curve
From a clear goal to redefine protein production, Curve (formerly Re:meat) develops scalable biomanufacturing technology inspired by brewing methods – enabling cost-efficient production of cultivated meat and bioidentical proteins.
Their process cultivates real meat from non-GMO cow cells without slaughter, antibiotics or hormones. With the potential to cut greenhouse gas emissions by over 90% compared to conventional beef, Curve combines innovation with resilience, shaping the future of sustainable protein.
Incubator Journey
Curve was part of Krinova’s food incubator, where they developed their vision into a scalable business concept. With support in business development and access to the foodtech ecosystem, the company strengthened its technology platform, refined its value proposition and connected with partners to accelerate growth.
As part of their journey, Curve was also selected to pitch at Krinova’s international event Spot on Food 2024, showcasing their innovation to industry leaders and investors. During the event, co-founder Gittan Schiöld was also interviewed in the Heja Framtiden podcast, where she shared insights about the future of biomanufactured proteins. Listen to the episode here.
