Skåne Lamb – doubling production in 10 Years

Skåne Lamb – doubling production in 10 Years is a two-year project running until July 2027, aimed at strengthening and developing lamb production in Skåne. The long-term goal is to double production through increased collaboration, knowledge exchange, and business development.
A central part of the initiative is the establishment of ERFA groups (Experience Exchange, Renewal and Development), where sheep and lamb producers meet, build networks, and develop their businesses together.
The project is carried out in broad collaboration between SLU Competence Centre for Business Management, Skåne sheep industry stakeholders, LRF Skåne, Krinova Incubator & Science Park, the County Administrative Board of Skåne, and Region Skåne.
