Folkets Pops
Folkets Pops creates natural, vegan sorbet pops made from locally sourced fruits and berries – crafted for taste, joy and sustainability.
Founded by Michelle Saunders, Folkets Pops uses a circular production model that turns surplus fruit into delicious frozen treats, reducing food waste while celebrating local produce. Their colourful popsicles are now available in cafés, restaurants and grocery stores.
Incubator Journey
Folkets Pops joined Krinova’s food incubator to grow their sustainable dessert concept into a scalable business. With tailored business development support, access to financing networks and collaboration opportunities, they refined their business model, built a strong market presence and attracted key customers.
During their incubator journey, the company expanded production, strengthened its brand and secured a major order exceeding their entire previous year’s revenue.
