Incubator Journey
Cold & Dry joined Krinova’s food incubator after founder Roger Gilistrand had spent years developing his innovative energy-saving technology for walk-in freezers. Early tests showed strong potential, but taking the next step proved challenging.
At a business fair in 2022, Roger connected with Krinova, which became a turning point. “When Krinova came into the picture, the wall turned into a staircase,” he explains. Through the incubator he gained tools, structure and the confidence to move forward.
Roger highlights the value of the support: “They’ve helped me match up with stakeholders, they’ve been a sounding board and given me tips and advice. It’s great to feel the support and that someone believes in your idea.”
With business development guidance and stakeholder matching from Krinova, and access to technical expertise through Ideon Science Park in Lund, Cold & Dry has transformed a bold idea into a step-by-step journey towards a scalable solution.
