The Gastrolution of Skåne is a three-year project that will make local food and beverage events in Skåne more accessible and attractive to international visitors through digitalisation and marketing.

Focus is on identifying and developing annually recurring food and beverage events with a local/regional character, and on stimulating and inspiring new thematic food and beverage experiences based on the small-scale craft food trend and Skåne’s growing and harvest seasons. The project is primarily aimed at food and beverage event organisers and the players they collaborate with, such as farm shops, restaurants, hotels and food artisans.
