Dapibuset

Dapibuset is developing a technology that enables local production of a protein-rich alternative to soy. Using advanced fermentation, farmers and producers such as bakeries can turn surplus crops and by-products into sustainable protein – directly on their own farms or in their facilities.
The result: reduced dependency on soy imports, lower climate impact, and improved nutritional value across the value chain.
Incubator Journey
Dapibuset joined Krinova’s food incubator to accelerate the development of their technology and business model. With support from Krinova’s business designers, they gained valuable partnerships and access to networks in food innovation and sustainable agriculture.
“When you’re a startup, there’s a lot of uncertainty to navigate. The team at Krinova believed in our mission, challenged us, and connected us with the right people and new opportunities. That has helped us move faster — and never feel alone along the way.”
